Clients
Clients are the backbone of your Pike13 ecosystem. They have active accounts that enable them to purchase passes, enroll in classes, and book appointments tailored to your business's offerings.
Members
Enjoy special privileges within Pike13. By purchasing specific plans or passes marked as "membership," they unlock exclusive benefits such as restricted product purchases and service enrollments.
Non-Clients
Non-clients play a supporting role, often serving as account managers for dependents. They facilitate actions like purchasing and enrolling for others.
Account Managers
Account managers hold the keys to Pike13's family management feature. Whether parents, guardians, or caregivers, they oversee the accounts of their dependents.
Dependents
Dependents rely on account managers for their Pike13 experience. They can utilize the account manager's payment methods while enjoying personalized schedules and purchases.
Peers
Peers share an account manager with other dependents, fostering a sense of familial or communal connectivity within Pike13.
Bulk Enrollment
If bulk enrollment is setup for your site, you can bulk enroll each client into the class series. After the client is enrolled in the initial class, click on the gear icon next to their name in the roster. From here, choose to bulk enroll the client.
Adult Waiver
The adult waiver will be required to be signed by all clients over the age of majority (default is 18)
Guardian Waiver
The guardian waiver will be required to be signed by the account manager for a dependent who is under the age of majority ( default age of 18).
Miscellaneous Documents
Misc documents are not required to be signed. These documents must be sent to each client you wish to have sign the document.
Terms & Conditions
T&Cs can be added to a pass or plan and set to require a signature either before or after purchase
Guardian Waiver
The guardian waiver will be required to be signed by the account manager for a dependent who is under the age of majority ( default age of 18).
Enrolled
The client has been added to a roster of a future event.
Incomplete
The client is enrolled in a past event but has not been checked in.
Unpaid
The client has been checked in to the event but does not have pass or plan with an available visit to pay for the event.
No Show
A client who did not attend a past event can be marked as a No Show.
Complete/Checked in
The client has been marked as having attended the event and a visit has been deducted from their pass or plan.
Late Cancel
When a business has a set deadline for when a client can cancel without penalty, clients who do not cancel within that period are marked as a Late Cancel
Primary Owner
Full access to both client and financial reports, enabling them to manage their business efficiently.

Access to client reports, but not financial reports
Staff Member
Staff members do not have reporting access, maintaining privacy and security for your business information.
